If you opened that page, then I assume my pictures interested you enough and now you want to find out a bit more about myself. I am going to tell you my short story and then about how I see the world, life and people through camera.<\/span><\/p>\n

I began my photography adventure as a kid. I bought myself some simple analogue camera and due to lack of someone who could guide me towards this hobby, I let it go after few films I shot. As a kid I manage also to break my father’s good Russian analogue camera. That was it.<\/span><\/p>\n

After many years I got back to photography again \u2013 this time I got myself into digital photography and the real story begins \u2026 in 2008.<\/span><\/p>\n

Since then I learned the basics of photography and how to use and master my gear (I have chosen Pentax as my main system). <\/span>The real development though, relates to how a photographer sees the world, so I thought carefully what elements should be my corner stones of my style. So, what really differentiate me from other photographers is:<\/span><\/p>\n

– intuition \u2013 powerful means of seeing<\/span><\/p>\n

– improvisation – I go with the flow although planning and structure helps to start<\/span><\/p>\n

– composing – seeing picture before shutter release is pressed<\/span><\/p>\n

– emotions – capturing emotions through natural behavior<\/span> by establishing warm contact with my objects (people)<\/span><\/p>\n

– cooperation \u2013 a great photo is a fruit of hard work of both \u2013 a photographer and an object (person)<\/span><\/p>\n

– off-camera flash technique (strobing) \u2013 sometimes natural light isn’t good enough, hence strobing<\/span><\/p>\n

The photographers I admire and learn from are: John McNally, David Hobby and Brian Peterson.<\/span><\/p>\n
